About Oakmira Home

Oakmira Home makes personalized wooden keepsakes — layered plaques, standing figures and name puzzles — cut and finished with the names and dates you choose, each one made after you order it.

Who we are

Oakmira Home is a trade name of VELMI GOODS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered in Wyoming (registered office: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801). We are a small online shop: we choose and prepare the designs, run the store, answer every email and look after each order from checkout to your door.

How your piece is made

  1. You choose a design and type your names or text. Nothing is cut before you order, so every piece carries your own wording.
  2. Our production partner cuts, prints and assembles it. Wood board is laser-cut into layers, the artwork is UV-printed, your text is added, and the layers are glued and checked. This takes 3–5 business days. Pieces are made by our partner workshop in China.
  3. It ships to you with tracking. Delivery takes 7–15 business days to the United States and 10–25 business days to other countries. You get the tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.

Our standards

  • Your wording, exactly. We reproduce names, dates and punctuation as you type them, and you can change them free of charge until production starts.
  • Checked before packing. Every piece is inspected for loose layers, print faults and text that does not match your order.
  • Packed to arrive intact. Pieces are wrapped in tissue with corner protection in a rigid mailer box.
  • Original artwork only. We do not sell designs using other companies' brands, characters or logos.

What we promise

  • Prices are per piece in US dollars. Shipping is US$5.99 per order, free on orders of US$69 or more after discounts. Any sales tax is shown at checkout; outside the US, import duty or tax is paid by the recipient.
  • If a piece arrives damaged, with a spelling we did not receive from you, or not as ordered, we remake it or refund it in full — see the refund policy.
